Order and Shipping Info

We provide free shipping on orders over $50. 

The shipping time does not include 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation sent to your email.

You will receive a 2nd email notification when your order has shipped that includes your tracking number. 

Our products are estimated to ship about 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Please send us an email at info@kieutie.com if your order has not arrived past 10 business days.  

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 10 days, please contact us at info@kieutie.com with your name and order number. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will do our best to assist you.
