Order and Shipping Info

We provide free shipping on orders over $75.

The shipping time does not include 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation sent to your email.

You will receive a 2nd email notification when your order has shipped that includes your tracking number. 

Our products are estimated to ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Please send us an email at info@kieutie.com if your order has not arrived by the 8th business days.  

You need to insure your name and order number are attached to all Kieutie.com communications.
