Return and Refund Policy

 We hope you love what you ordered, but if you are not satisfied we will try to make your return experience as easy as possible. Please email us at info@kieutie.com with your request to return eligible items within 7 Business days of receiving your order. 

Must include the following: The Order Information page that shipped with your product(s), Order number, First Name and Last Name, Address,  Phone number, and your reason for return.

After we receive your email, we will review your request. If the return is within Kieutie.com's policy, a  Return Authorization number (RA#) along with Pre-paid shipping Label will be sent to your email.

You then have 7 business days from receipt of the RA# and shipping label, to pack the

 approved product for the return, along with the required correspondence and deliver it to the shipper listed on the pre-paid shipping label.

Kieutie.com reserves the right to ask for additional information if needed regarding a return. 

  • Please insure the RA# number provided by Kieutie.com is written or listed on the packing slip inside the package
  • All items must have original tags in place and sent back in their original packaging with barcodes and/or SKU, and/or Style number, on the product packaging. 

    Refunds to the original payment method on authorized returns will be processed approximately 15-21 business days after Kieutie.com receives and inspects the return item(s). 

    After the return product is received and inspected, kieutie.com reserves the right to reverse all or a portion of the refund if the returned product does not match the description of the approved return request. Or if the identifying tags that are required for the return are not included as required. 

    Your original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an exception is made by Kieutie.com customer service department. 

    If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please insure a picture of the original shipping package and the product(s) along with identifying barcodes or product part number(s) are provided with your return request correspondence.  

    Kieutie.com is not responsible for lost package(s) not received by Kieutie.com or it's affiliated manufacturers. It is the purchasers responsibility to request a tracking number or receipt from the shipping carrier as proof of return. 

    Unfortunately the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Bodysuit
    • Swimwear
    • Activewear (Shapewears, cover-ups, leggings, bra tops, sports bra)
    • Accessories (Bags, Hats, Scarves, Shoes & Jewelry)
    • Intimates and Loungewear (including robes, pajamas, underwear, bralettes, lingerie, night dress)
    • Merchandise that has been worn or washed cannot be returned
    • Promotional or Sale Items
    • Final Sale Items

    All approved returns will be reimbursed via the original payment method. Any returns made as an exception to Kieutie.com's standard return policy, will be reimbursed via a Store Credit.
