FAQ

Where does Kieutie ship to? We ship to the 50 US states. As of this time, we do not ship outside of the US. 

How long does my order process take? Orders placed before 5pm Central Time,  will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm Central Time, will be processed the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. 

How long does the shipping process take? 

  • Our products are estimated to ship about 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Please send us an email at info@kieutie.com if your order has not arrived past 10 business days.  We will also send you an email notification if there is a shipping delay.

Will I get a tracking number after I place an order? An email confirmation will automatically be sent to you once you placed your order. You will receive a 2nd email once your order has been processed and fulfilled and this email will include your tracking number.

Where are your products made? We work with different vendors with warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas. And these connections with our different manufacturers enables us to offer our customer a  diverse range of products all aimed at delivering a unique fashion sense to everyone.

Do you provide free shipping? We provide free shipping on all orders over $50. 

What items are NOT acceptable for returns? Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the below items (unless damaged or defective): 

  • Intimates and Loungewear  (including robes, pajamas, underwear, bralettes, lingerie, night dress)
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuit
  • Activewear (Shapewears, cover-ups, leggings, bra tops, sports bra)
  • Accessories (Bags, Hats, Scarves, Shoes & Jewelry)
  • Sale Items

Please read our Return and Refund Policy before placing your order(s).

How do I return a damage or incorrect item? Please inspect your order upon receiving them and send us an email immediately. We want to help and make it right. 

Where do I send my returns? Once we email you the RA# we will provide you with the address to return your item(s).

When can I expect a refund? Refunds for store credit will be processed within 10-14 business days after we received and inspect the return item(s). Refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a Kieutie gift card. Store credit will not expire.

Can I cancel my order? An order cannot be cancelled if it's already in processing status or shipped. An order can usually be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.

What payments do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay.

What currency do you accept? We accept USD. 

What is considered plus-size (Kieutie Plus)?

        Dresses, Shirts, Tops: 2XL and over

        Pants:  Size 18 and over

What if I forgot my login and password? You will need to remember your login email used when you created your account with us. For security we do not provide that information. You will need to create another login if you do not know your login. You can click on the forgot password link and an email will be sent to you if we have your email in our system. Please send us an email with your order number and we will help. 

Where is Kieutie boutique located? We are an online apparel store. We are based in Texas.
